Each phase is designed to ensure clarity, craftsmanship, and design integrity from the first sketch to the final detail.

Phase 1Preliminary & Schematic Design
Defining the Vision
Every project begins with discovery. We take the time to understand our client’s goals, lifestyle, and the architectural context of the space. From there, we develop conceptual layouts, space plans, and imagery that define the overall tone, flow, and atmosphere. This is where the creative foundation is set and the story begins to take form.

Phase 2Design Development
Refinement and Precision
Once the vision is approved, we refine it into a fully realized design. Every surface, proportion, and material is considered as we define details, lighting, and finishes.
A signature element of our process is the 3D walkthrough experience created using SketchUp. This immersive digital model allows clients to explore their future space virtually, seeing light, scale, and flow in real time before construction begins. It is a rare, interactive layer that ensures every decision feels right before moving forward.

Phase 3Construction Drawings & Specifications
From Design to Documentation
This phase translates design into instruction. We prepare detailed drawings and specifications that communicate every dimension, finish, and fixture to ensure the project is built as envisioned. We coordinate closely with architects, consultants, and trades to ensure precision, constructability, and alignment across all disciplines.

Phase 4Tendering & Contract Administration
Execution and Oversight
We continue to support the project through tendering and construction, helping select qualified contractors and providing design coordination throughout the build. Our team reviews shop drawings, attends site visits, and provides clarifications to ensure every element is executed to our standards. From tender to completion, we protect the integrity of the design through consistent involvement and clear communication.
